ACUPUNCTURE

New Patient Intake: $189
This is the first stop for anyone new to my acupuncture practice.
Appointment includes a health history, plan of care, and first acupuncture treatment.
In-person only. Approximately 75 minutes.

Follow-Up Treatments: $111*
For existing acupuncture patients.
Preventive care, maintenance care, or active symptom management.
In-person only. Approximately 60-75 minutes.

Extended Follow-Up Treatments: $135
For existing patients who haven’t been to the clinic in over 12 months or who are seeking support for an entirely new condition.
In-person only. Approximately 60-75minutes.

HYPNOTHERAPY

Initial Session: $225 ($189 for existing acupuncture patients)
This is the first stop for anyone new to my hypnotherapy practice.
In-person or virtual. Approximately 75 minutes.

Follow-Up Sessions: $189*
For existing hypnotherapy clients.
In-person or virtual. Approximately 60 minutes.

SPIRITUAL COUNSELING

Opening Container: $495
The Opening Container is the first stop for anyone new to my spiritual counseling practice and consists of three sessions scheduled at weekly or biweekly intervals. I created the Opening Container because - like therapy - spiritual counseling is not intended to be a one-off treatment. Once we have a working foundation in place with the Opening Container, you’re free to continue support with either single follow-up sessions, or an “intensive” (see below).
In-person or virtual. All sessions must be booked at time of purchase.
Allow 2.5 hours for your first appointment, 60 minutes each for the following two.

Follow-up Sessions: $189
For existing spiritual counseling clients who have completed the Opening Container. Choose the pace of support that’s right for you.
In-person or virtual. Approximately 60 minutes.

Three-month Intensive: 12 sessions for $1800 / 6 sessions for $1050
For existing spiritual counseling clients who have completed the Opening Container and are eager to make real and lasting change . Three-month Intensive options include
weekly or biweekly spiritual counseling sessions for 12 weeks.
In-person or virtual. All sessions must be booked at time of purchase.
Each session approximately 60 minutes.

BREATHWORK

Initial Session: $225 ($189 for existing acupuncture patients)
This is the first stop for anyone new to breathwork.
In-person or virtual. Approximately 75-90 minutes.

Follow-up Sessions: $189*
For existing breathwork clients.
In-person or virtual. Approximately 60-75 minutes.
