No nonsense medicine
for body, mind, and spirit.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is one of the oldest and most commonly used systems of healing in the world. It is a relaxing and minimally invasive technology that gently stimulates your body’s inherent healing intelligence and self-regulatory capacities. It helps you manage stress, resolve symptoms, reduce pain, recover from illness, and build physical, mental, and emotional resilience.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy guides you into a state of deep relaxation, heightened concentration, and focused attention where you’re able to come into more direct contact with your own inner knowing. It can be used as a catalyst for profound and permanent change in the thoughts, habits, and behaviors that are keeping you stuck, unfulfilled, or frustrated in any area of your life.
Breathwork
Breathwork is an active, 3-part breathing meditation that brings you into a deeper relationship with yourself. It's a vehicle for greater clarity, self-understanding, and self-compassion. It can help you shed long-held beliefs and patterns and move into a new phase of possibility. Regular breathwork will leave you feeling more relaxed, confident, and at peace.
Spiritual Counseling
Spiritual counseling with Alexa is a unique synthesis of applied Buddhist philosophy, Chinese medical theory, energy medicine, earth-based spiritual wisdom, and hypnotherapy. It can help you understand yourself better, support you on your path of personal development, and tease out deep-seated, subconscious root causes of mental, physical, or emotional pain or anguish.
Hi. I’m Alexa.
Twenty-two years ago I signed up for a massage therapy training. I thought it was on a whim, just for fun, but the moment I put my hands on people, I knew:
“I’ve done this before.”
And that was the beginning of what’s become more than two decades as a healer and a seeker.
My practice is always evolving, but the crux of my work remains the same: I help people who are ready to feel better in their bodies and their lives.
Learn more about me and how my practice might support you. I’m glad you’re here.
